Policies



When will my order ship?

Please allow at most 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Although majority of orders will be processed in only 3-5 business days. This excludes all weekends and holidays.



With what carrier will my package be shipped?

All packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service "USPS" with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.



When and where will I receive my tracking number?

A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package is shipped.



How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on current USPS shipping rates. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse. 



What is the policy on returns and exchanges?

Absolutely No Returns,  No Refunds or No Exchanges will be accepted. Once an order is placed it can not be Cancelled. Before placing your order please keep in mind All Sales are Final. Please refer to our size charts located at the bottom left hand side of this webpage, Click "Size Chart". Doing so will insure you order the correct fit. .



I never received my order what should I do?

Fill out the form under "CONTACT" on our main web page, to get in touch with the customer service department. In very rare cases, packages can get lost in the shipping process. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. *Please note however, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received. Also if tracking indicates that the package is "undeliverable as addressed" we can not be held liable if we shipped to the exact address you provided. So double check that you filled in the correct shipping information.



Do you accept International orders?

No, unfortunately at this time Rare Reflection is only accepting orders in the United States. In the future we will begin accepting International orders with further expansion. Thank you for understanding.

When items sell out when will they be restocked?

 

NEVER. The answer to this question is absolutely NEVER. This is a brand that strives for exclusivity.
